How long does it take to source my car?
We will only provide car options when we’re satisfied that the vehicles adhere to our strict criteria. Due to this, a search could take up to three weeks, depending on many factors – most of which are out of our control. However, we endeavour to present your options within two weeks.
How much do you charge?
You can find a bespoke sourcing fee by submitting an enquiry in less than 5 minutes.
Our sourcing fee is for our time and expertise. We do the leg work, enquiring and speaking to dealerships and private sellers, so you don’t have to. The sourcing fee helps pay our operational costs.
If this is your first time using a car-sourcing company, we understand that paying a fee for something you could do yourself may seem ridiculous. However, our connections in the automotive industry mean we can save you money on the price of your car and your finance (via our finance partners). Although we may be biased, it’s worth the money.
Why do you charge a sourcing fee?
Our sourcing fee is for our time and expertise. We do the leg work, enquiring and speaking to dealerships and private sellers, so you don’t have to. The sourcing fee helps pay our operational costs.
Do I have to pay the sourcing fee upfront?
No. We require a 25% deposit of your total sourcing fee upon receipt of our Engagement Letter (which you’ll receive via email after submitting an enquiry).
The remaining 75% is payable before collection or delivery of your new vehicle.
If, for any reason, a customer fails finance checks, we require an additional 50% of your overall sourcing fee (75% of the initial agreed fee).
This is because we have adhered to our contract (set out in the Engagement Letter) of sourcing your vehicle.
What if I have issues with my car after I receive it?
We’re confident that you won’t because we wouldn’t provide a car that is likely to have any issues.
In the rare event that this happens, we’ll help you get it sorted free of charge.
What type of cars can you source?
Any. New or used, we can find the perfect car for you. If you need a family car, we’ve got you. Equally, if you’re after a supercar, we’ve got you too.
Are there any hidden costs?
The sourcing fee our enquiry form quotes you is what you’ll pay.
We understand that sometimes you might miss some features that you’d like off the enquiry form. If this happens and it takes your request to the next sourcing fee bracket, we’ll let you know before work begins.
If you require your new car to be delivered, this may incue additional charges but again, we’ll let you know in advance.
What if I change my mind?
If you’ve signed your Engagement Letter and returned it to us, this is a legally binding document.
We require a payment of 75% of the sourcing fee under the following circumstances;
- A customer fails the finance checks
- A customer changes their mind once they’ve signed and returned the Engagement Letter
